Website Evolution

How Has Your Brand Evolved?

Your business is in constant change and your brand and website should be evolving with it.
Here are a few things to think about as you assess your brand and website evolution.

1. Has my audience changed? The client base that you serve may change over time. Think of your ideal customer. Have their pain points and challenges changed?

2. Has my brand tone changed? Maybe your brand is more fun or perhaps more formal. Maybe your brand now engages with pop culture and news on social media in a way that it didn’t before. Is your brand tone consistent across all your channels, including your website?

3. Has my brand mission changed? Getting broader now, maybe your actual mission has changed. Perhaps as your business has grown, you discovered that your brand was meant for something even greater than what it had originally set to do.

4. Has my product or service changed? What if your actual offerings have changed? Maybe you’re a consulting firm that began with 3 core competencies and then gradually expanded your capacity to include more. OR you’re now focused on one or two core competencies.

5. Has my industry changed? Some things we can’t control. Your brand may have only changed a little, but some industries have been evolving a mile a minute, especially with the use of AI. Even in just a few years, your industry may have changed a lot. How have you adapted?
