As we approach our 4th year in business, we’re feeling more focused than ever on what drives us.
We’ve worked hard with our executive coach to clarify our vision for growth, and this year we’re being more intentional about every move we make — from the projects we take on to the talent we bring on board.
We know that when we’re in alignment with what makes us truly tick, FLAMAZING things happen. It’s what the Japanese refer to as ikigai — that sweet spot where passion, expertise, and impact come together to bring us the most fulfillment and joy.
A great book that we’re reading to help us rethink how we run our business is the 12-Week Year. Highly recommend it for practical framework to gain that competitive edge by getting more done in 1 quarter vs 1 year!
